Every new workspace gets Team for 60 days, no card. After the trial, Starter is $99 per seat per month and Team is $179 per seat per month through Polar. Scale stays talk to sales, and Scale checkout is not available. Prices are monthly per seat. There is no annual contract.

Access to VesperWise CRM requires an account. Lead, call, and email data in a signed-in workspace belongs to that account. You are responsible for the data you import and for credentials you connect. We may suspend abuse of intake, email, or telephony.
A workspace admin can cancel a Polar subscription at period end from Billing settings. The workspace keeps full access until that period ends. Canceling does not delete workspace data, and the app does not issue a refund as part of that cancellation. The 60-day Team trial does not ask for a card.
A paid Starter or Team subscription renews each month through Polar until an admin cancels it at period end. There is no annual plan.
Calls use the Twilio account a workspace admin connects in Calling settings. A call is refused when that phone number is marked Do Not Call. A sequence step set to SMS sends a text to the phone number on the contact when platform Twilio SMS credentials are configured, and that send does not check Do Not Call or an opt-out flag. Marketing email steps skip contacts whose email is marked opted out. A platform admin can suspend a workspace's outbound email. You are responsible for the calls and texts sent from your workspace.
