Outbound and inbound email run through Resend, with per-account From addresses and reply capture back onto the lead.

Google Docs and Drive

Generate a property report into Docs and store it in Drive from the lead, using the account's connected Google client.

Twilio

SMS sequences (coming soon) will use a connected Twilio account. Email sequences are available now.
